Step 2: Vacuuming Your Rug

Step 3: Preparing the Rug for Washing

To prepare the items for washing, we run a couple of different tests. The results of these tests tell us which cleaning method to use and which products would be most suitable. Each type of rug undergoes a different cleaning procedure.

Step 4: Cleaning Your Rug

Our professional rug cleaning experts start to wash your rug or carpet. This is done by hand, using the method and products indicated by the tests carried out in Step 3. Step 6: Repairs and Final Inspection

This is the step where the rug repair and rug restoration procedures are done (if necessary). The rug needs to be completely dry before we can repair or restore it. After the rug is brought to its former glory, it's time for a final inspection. If we find any stains or even spots, we will wash and dry the rug again.
